It looks like the CG Smilies 2.0 extension has some bugs. We are aware of the non-1.5 issues of the extension and are hard at work correcting them.
There is also a problem with the smilies - they had an alpha transparency on them which made them not viewable in IE. That situation should be fixed rather shortly as soon as they are edited.
Also, please comment on this blog if you think ANY of the smilies should be changed.

My name is Graeme. I’m Shawn’s friend that goes to SEMO. I’m pretty much learning Javascript as I go, but I think I did a pretty decent job on this modifying.
The RvB Smilies extension has been updated with new smilies. It now supports CG forum sites all around the globe. It took a day or two to work out all the bugs (Shawn’s help) but we (I) got it.
The smilies were made by TrueXUnknown from RT for the purpose of this extension.
This is a Firefox Extension compatible with 0.9 to 1.5
