RvB Smilies Released!
The “RvB Smilies” Greasemonkey Script and Firefox Extension have been officially released (Version 1.0). This script/extension adds smiley functionality to the Rooster Teeth family of web sites by automatically converting text to the appropriate image. The images are provided through the service of http://s.no-ip.ca.
It should be noted that you only need to install one of these to get the functionality. If you already have Greasemonkey installed, you will not need to install the extension, you can just use the userscript. If you do not have Greasemonkey installed or if you have no idea what I’m talking about, you will want to download the extension.
Please realize that my efforts will no longer be put into development of this. I am currently working on creating a full fledged extension that will improve the site, which will also implement the smiley code. If you would like to make a feature request for this extension, please do so in my comments.
Changes since Last version:
-Fixed the nasty preview bug.
Normal Journal Interface with this installed (click to enlarge)

Please report any bugs or issues here.

- Greasemonkey User Script (33KB)
- Firefox Extension (37KB)

I thought I might tell you if no-one else has, the smileys have been haywire for the past week ever since Falcon4 got banned. Was he running the image host? Either way, keep up the great work!
This rocks, thanks!
This kicks ass!!! You rule!!!
Rock on!
Doesn’t look like it’s compatible with Firefox Beta 2. I’m all sad inside.
vv Yes, it is. When I got banned, I figured there was no use keeping the server reliable, so I spent the next few weeks upgrading the server to a more multi-purpose system. It was on and off. Eventually I gave up trying to get into RvB again and moved on to other sites. Now I’m wondering what I should do with the sites…
^^ That sucked.
hmmmmmmm, i can’t seem to get them to work, ummm, help please
